You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period; access continues until then and you are not billed again.

There is no cancellation fee and no notice period on monthly plans.

Where a 14-day trial applies, no payment is taken during it. If you cancel before it ends you are charged nothing at all.

In full, within 7 days of a charge, if you have not used the service in that billing period.

In full, at any time, where we charged you in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, or the wrong plan amount.

Pro rata, at our discretion, where a defect or outage on our side materially prevented you from using the service for a sustained part of a billing period.

Part-used billing periods where the service was available and used, and fees for a scoped pilot or implementation work that has already been delivered.

We do not refund on the basis that a determination differed from your expected treatment. Aurevat shows its reasoning precisely so that disagreements can be examined; raise it with us and we will look at the rule with you.

Email info@aurevat.com from the account email address with the charge date and amount. We acknowledge within one business day and decide within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once we issue it, banks and card networks typically take 5–10 business days to show the credit; that part is outside our control.

Design-partner pilots are scoped in writing before they begin, including fee, duration and deliverable. Cancellation terms for a pilot are those stated in that written scope, and they take precedence over this page.
